Born in Dayton, Ohio, Kerry Lee began his professional journey with a strong foundation in business and leadership. After completing high school, he attended the University of Cincinnati, where he studied Marketing.

Following college, Kerry relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he spent four years with US Sprint Telecommunications, advancing to the position of Customer Service Supervisor. In that role, he oversaw approximately 200 customer service employees responsible for managing high-volume call-center operations, including training, sales, and technical support. His experience in leadership, business management, and operations would become an important foundation for his future career in the entertainment industry.

While living in Atlanta, Kerry developed a professional relationship with NBA superstar Dominique Wilkins, ultimately becoming his personal assistant and business manager. Kerry's responsibilities included the basketball icon's entertainment-related business and professional affairs. The experience gave him firsthand exposure to the entertainment business and helped prepare him for his eventual transition to Hollywood.

Kerry then moved to Los Angeles and after a brief and very successful career as an actor and stand-up comic he  began building his career as one of Hollywood's best known casting director. His work quickly expanded across music, television, film, and commercial production. He briefly partnered with legendary artist, producer, and actor Dr. Dre, further broadening his industry relationships and experience.

Throughout his career, Kerry has cast more than 300 music videos for some of the biggest names in music, including Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, Janet Jackson, Snoop Dogg, and Madonna, among many others. His television credits include work associated with hit series such as Martin and Girlfriends. His film credits include Beverly Hood and Set It Off, while his commercial work includes major national brands such as Domino's Pizza, Burger King, and Honey Nut Cheerios.

Beyond casting, Kerry has expanded his career into producing and entertainment development. Over the years, he has co-produced projects with Magic Johnson Enterprises and worked on projects involving Tracy, the former wife of Grammy-winning artist and producer Babyface.

One of Kerry's greatest contributions to the entertainment industry has been his ability to recognize talent and create opportunities. He has played an early role in the careers of entertainers including Chris Tucker, LisaRaye, Gabrielle Union, and many others who have gone on to establish successful careers in film, television, and entertainment.

Today, Kerry Lee brings together years of experience in casting, talent development, production, business management, and entertainment. His career has been built on relationships, vision, leadership, and—most importantly—an ability to recognize talent and connect the right people with the right opportunities.
